With the aim of reducing energy consumption and fostering a more sustainable future, GRUPO CADARSO has implemented a state-of-the-art photovoltaic system at its Logistics Centre in Montmeló. This installation, completed in February 2024, includes a 60 kW inverter by Huawei and 132 solar panels of 475 Wp each from Jinko, with an estimated annual generation capacity of 100 MWh.
To date, the system has generated 75 MWh, preventing the emission of 36 tonnes of CO₂ into the atmosphere—an environmental contribution equivalent to the regeneration of 50 trees. This initiative reflects our commitment to environmental responsibility and brings us one step closer to a more sustainable and responsible operation.
Through this effort, we aim to significantly reduce our environmental footprint, contributing to a more efficient business model that is respectful of the planet.
