We process your personal data for the following purposes:

    • Data: name, email address, telephone number and subject of the message.

    • Purpose: to handle your requests and respond to your enquiries.

Your data may be shared only with:

  • Companies within Grupo Cadarso: (GERESA, CERTORA, Eurocrono, Tous Watches y ARMETISA), where necessary to manage requested orders and services.

  • Service providers: subject to strict confidentiality and limited-use obligations, where necessary to manage requested orders and services.

As a general rule, we do not carry out international data transfers. Should any processing involve the transfer of data outside the European Union or the European Economic Area, Grupo Cadarso will inform you in advance and ensure that your data is protected with appropriate safeguards, which may include, among others:
(i) Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission, and/or
(ii) third-party certifications.


5. Data retention

  • Contact and enquiry data: 3 years from the last interaction.

  • Contractual and billing data: 5 years, in accordance with commercial and tax regulations.

  • Marketing data: until consent is withdrawn.
    Once these periods have elapsed, your data will be securely deleted or anonymised.

You have the right to request:

  • Access to your data.

  • Rectification of inaccurate data.

  • Erasure (“right to be forgotten”) when data is no longer necessary.

  • Restriction of processing in legally established cases.
