Watchamking and Jewellery

Four companies with a presence in Spain, Andorra and Portugal, integrated into a single business project that combines the management of luxury brands, international fashion lines and proprietary products, all driven by a shared vision: excellence and leadership in every market.

International
Distribution

We bring excellence in watchmaking and jewellery across the entire Iberian Peninsula.

Through our specialised companies, we ensure efficient, high-quality distribution, guaranteeing that our products reach the most demanding markets.

GERESA - Spain

Founded in 1974, GERESA is the oldest company within Grupo Cadarso’s watchmaking division and a key pillar in the development of the business in the Spanish market. It is currently led by the third generation of the family, supported by a professionalised management team.

CERTORA - Portugal

CERTORA – Medição do Tempo, S.A. was founded in 1989 and joined Grupo Cadarso in 2008 as part of its international expansion strategy in the Portuguese market. Since then, it has established itself as a dynamic, benchmark company in the distribution of high-quality watches and jewellery in Portugal.

ARMETISA - Andorra

With a strong focus on exclusivity and prestige, ARMETISA was founded in 1994 as a wholly owned subsidiary of Grupo Cadarso, following an initial entry into the Andorran market through a partially owned company. Since its inception, its mission has been to exclusively manage the distribution of all the Group’s watch and jewellery brands.

TOUS WATCHES - Spain

A joint venture between Joyería Tous and Grupo Cadarso, created to design, produce and distribute the brand’s watch collections. This strategic alliance enables the products to be available both in Tous boutiques and through the B2B channel, strengthening their presence in the domestic market and expanding their international reach.

Sales
Channels

We manage the entire commercial value chain end to end, from wholesale distribution to retail, ensuring that every customer touchpoint delivers a consistent, strong and high-value brand experience.

Wholesale (B2B)

A robust distribution network with over 2,000 points of sale across Spain, Portugal and Andorra, managed by GERESA, CERTORA, ARMETISA and TOUS Watches. This channel enables our brands to reach leading jewellery and watch retailers, providing broad market coverage, commercial consistency and a sustained presence over time in the markets in which we operate.

Retail (B2C)

A retail proposition that combines proprietary boutiques and exclusive corners, notably the Seiko Boutiques in Barcelona and Madrid, located in strategic, high-traffic and prestigious locations. This network is further complemented by our presence in El Corte Inglés, with premium spaces within its leading department stores, reinforcing visibility and strengthening the value perception of our brands.

E-commerce (B2C) & Global Sales (B2B)

A proprietary digital platform designed to deliver a distinctive and personalised shopping experience, with direct shipping and specialised customer service. This is complemented by our presence on leading global marketplaces, expanding our ability to reach new audiences and consolidate both B2C and B2B sales in international markets, supported by a centralised and unified management approach.

Logistics Centre and Technical Service

Our 6,000 m² operational centre in Montmeló integrates the Group’s automated warehouse and central technical service. With 25,000 storage locations and advanced pick-to-light systems, we manage one million units per year across more than 100,000 shipments, achieving an average lead time of 0.63 days and fulfilling 97% of orders within 24 hours.
The same facility also houses GERESA’s After-Sales Technical Service (ATS), which carries out 65,000 repairs annually with an average turnaround time of 2.5 days and supplies 180,000 spare parts to authorised external service centres, ensuring fast and high-quality after-sales support. The modern and sustainable facility is equipped with state-of-the-art security systems and an on-site photovoltaic self-consumption plant.
